We monitor the rules for you

For each area we monitor the EU act as well as the Czech and Slovak implementing rules, bills in parliament and related acts and standards. Every reference is checked against the full text of the source, not a summary.

A report every Monday

Every Monday you receive an e-mail in English: either “no changes” or a clear overview of what has changed. We never skip a Monday, so you know the monitoring is running.

When something changes, we check the impact

When something moves, we capture the change, check its impact on your situation and get back to you in writing with a recommendation on what to do. Not just a link to a section.

What you ask most often about the Watch.

How is the Watch different from a newsletter?
A newsletter brings general news. The Watch follows the specific acts of one area for the Czech and Slovak market, checks every change against the full text and, when your situation is affected, gets back to you with a recommendation. It targets your area, not general readers.
Do I need a check or a package first?
No. The Watch can be ordered on its own as a monthly subscription. With every package (Map Start, Map, the Guide and Ongoing Support) you also get it free for several months.
When is the Watch free?
The Watch is free with every package. With Map Start and Map you get 3 months of Watch free, with the Guide 3 months, with Ongoing Support 6 months (terms and conditions, Art. 4.5). The first report arrives the following Monday. When the free period ends, nothing switches over by itself: continuing depends on your express confirmation; otherwise the monitoring ends and nothing is charged.
In which language are the reports?
In English. Reports about a change are sent to you only once a person has checked the English text; we communicate in English in writing.
Can I cancel the Watch at any time?
Yes. Every report contains a link to your Watch page, where you can cancel it with one button. A paid Watch runs until the end of the current period, a free Watch ends immediately.
How is it invoiced?
Monthly, by bank transfer against an invoice in EUR, due in 14 days. A company registered for VAT in another EU member state (reverse charge) is invoiced in arrears, after each monthly period ends (Terms Art. 11.1).
Is the Watch a legal service?
No. It is ongoing monitoring of rule changes and support with preparation, not a legal service or an official audit. Final responsibility and legal interpretation remain with you; we let you know in time and recommend steps.
